However, I balance this with plenty of hormone balancing, mental health boosting, energy and vitality restoring and slimming foods.
In a world of some contradictory and often poor and misleading nutrition advice I can help you cut through the noise and BS. I have in-depth nutrition expertise and know what works for women at each age and stage of their lives and particularly how to navigate the hormonal challenges of midlife onwards.
