I’m Karen—your Multi Award-Winning Menopause Coach, Perimenopause & Menopause Weight Loss Coach, Nutrition & Mindset Coach, and Clinical Hypnotherapist—and I’m here to help you feel amazing again—inside and out!

I believe in small, manageable changes that lead to big results—without depriving you of your social life (yes, that means wine and cake too!)

A Little About Me

So, who am I, really?

I’m 49 and started feeling the effects of perimenopause at 42—headaches, fatigue, joint pain, brain fog, enhanced PMT, UTI’s and aching breasts.  In my late 40’s the midlife belly fat started creeping in.

But no way was I putting up with any of that!  I upgraded my nutrition, changed my habits, and worked on my mindset—and guess what? I’m now symptom-free (apart from the brain fog lol), feeling like myself again, and ready to help you do the same.

I’m a busy mum of three (one with additional needs) and a dog owner, so I totally understand the juggle. Life is busy, but that’s why I focus on creating real-world habits that make life easier, not harder.  I am more than amenable to the odd quick hack!

When I’m not coaching women through weight loss or menopause symptoms, you’ll find me enjoying my love of travel, Pilates, reading, weight training (light weights—I’m no bodybuilder!), dining out, or binge-watching the latest box set. But above all, I’m constantly learning more about nutrition, hormones, and mindset so I can bring the best to my clients.
